Good management is the art of making problems so interesting and their solutions so constructive that everyone wants to get to work and deal with them.
Dr. P. Venugopal Reddy is the principal of VJIT, he is an accomplished academician, researcher & educationist he has held many important positions in his career, including professor of physics at OU & visiting professor at University of Maryland at Baltimore county and also at university of technology, mara, kaulalumpur, malaysia. 16 students have received Ph.D degree under his guidance & 5 more currently working towards doctorates.
Dr Reddy holds 3 patents & has published 140 technical papers & a laboratory manual for students of M.Sc solid state physics he has attended numerous conferences on specialised areas in physics both abroad & in India.

Our aim is to achieve academic excellence by making the teaching learning process meaningful. Critical thinking skills are focused upon and we try to instill in students a life long sense of participation and involvement in developmental endeavours. It is also our aim to empower students with social skills to bring about personality development through good communication skills. We train our students for employment and entrepreneurship so as to make them competent individuals capable of handling their careers and homes effectively
