VJIT NSS has organized International Yoga Day celebrations for 5 Days. The first three days VJIT NSS collaborated with Heartfulness Meditation and Master Trainers Ms. Neelina, Yoga Trainer & Life Skills Trainer; Ms Kamakshi Shika, Executive Coach, Life Coach and Corporate Trainer; Dr. Shaik Kamruddin, Assistant Professor, Moulana Azad National Urdu University and Mr. B Goutham Sharma, Asst. General Manager Canara Bank whose Yoga and Meditation sessions were very helpful in, relieving stress, improving immunity, building as well as maintaining physical fitness and emotional well-being. The fourth and Fifth days of the celebrations were continued by our student Ms. Veeravalli Bindu, International Yoga Practitioner and Trainer, III IT, VJIT. She has given an exemplary demonstration of Yoga asanas to build Immunity and a unique session on Chair Yoga.
