Finance Committee

Overview

The Finance Committee advices the governing body on all matters related to financial policies and management of the finance of the Institute. To examine the audit report of the Institute and present the same to the Governing body for its approval.

Meetings

The committee shall meet once in a year.

Functions

To help Finance Committee in purchases, audit reports and planning
To conduct the annual audits
To supply necessary data for preparing and submitting finance reports
To help Institutional Development Committee in planning
