At Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology, every student is encouraged to pursue their ambitions and dreams of becoming successful individuals. To achieve this, the Training and Placement Division (TPD) of our institute places utmost importance on providing transition programs that help our students to transition from academic challenges to successful career paths.

Our approach towards training and placements has resulted in a high placement rate for our students. We groom our engineering students to be able to hire in the best companies across the world based on individual capacity.

At VJIT, we recognize the importance of technology in the industry today, which is why we prioritize providing our students with robust knowledge in coding, programming, and technical know-how. Our fully equipped laboratories cater to the technology learning requirements of our students, ensuring that they possess up-to-date skills and in-depth knowledge that meet the industry’s expectations. This gives our students a competitive edge over other candidates and increases their chances of securing their dream job.

The Placement Cell at VJIT is headed by Mrs. Shikha Kaushal who has done her Master’s in Business Administration in Human Resource. She is an excellent professional with a 12+ years of experience in Corporate Connect with wide Network of Industry Professionals who are helping college in every possible way to get quality outcome. We travelled a long way when it comes to training and placing the students. The number of students placed through the campus interviews is continuously rising. We are breaking our own records year after year in terms of number of placements, average package and highest package.
