A 3 Day Workshop on Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp (EAC), under the DST-NIMAT 2019-20 sponsored by NSTEDB, New Delhi and EDII, Ahmedabad was conducted from 3rd to 5th October, 2019 was organized by Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), at Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology (VJIT) for final year engineering students. Highly experienced speakers from various organizations and Institutions shared their ideas. The Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp was inaugurated by Mr. Lokesh Nathany, Founder, DiSRUPPt Thinking and the entire session was presided by Dr. A. Padmaja, Principal, VJIT, coordinated by Dr. M. Vadivel, EDC coordinator and the Department EDC coordinators of all the Departments.
Mr. Lokesh Nathany, Founder, DiSRUPPt Thinking delivered a lecture on Camp Objective, Entrepreneurship, Personality characteristic and Traits of an Entrepreneur. Mr. K. C. Choudhury, Asst. Director, MSME explained about the various Govt. Schemes of Assistance and Policies for Setting-up Small Business Venture providing Support and financial assistance from Govt. agencies, Banks, Financial institutions and SFC’s. Dr. Nandita Sethi, Founder & Managing Director, Zen SkillProc Pvt. Ltd delivered a lecture on Experiences of Successful Entrepreneurs. Dr. V. Vishnu Vandana, Anurag Group of Institutions and Mrs. P. Suneela Bharathi, MBA Department, Mrs. K. Kavitha, MBA Department, Mrs. J. Sreedevi, H&S Department & Dr. P. Chakradhar, MBA Department, from VJIT delivered lecture on different topics on Entrepreneurship.
