A Seminar on Test & Testability of VLSI Circuits

A Seminar on “Test and Testability of VLSI Circuits” organized by IETE Student forum, VJIT, Hyderabad was held at ECE Department on 30th January, 2023. The total 175 students III year & IV Year and 12 Faculty Members participated in this seminar.

The programme was inaugurated by welcoming the DIRECTOR, PRINCIPAL and Resource person Prof. M.Asharani by Dr S.Thulasi Prasad, HOD, Dept. of ECE, VJIT.

This Seminar was aimed at providing knowledge on Test and Testability of VLSI Circuits like Fault modeling, Fault simulation, Test generation, Automatic test pattern generation (ATPG),   Design for testability, Built-in self test, Synthesis for testability for electronics engineers. Today, an electronics and communication engineer works in the fabrication and designing of electronic components and gadgets for the sectors like hospitals, computers, electronic data processing systems for communication, defense etc. These engineers work with IC’s, optical fibers, microprocessors & microcontrollers, solid-state devices, antennas, signals etc. Electronics and communication engineering is a forever growing branch where highly skilled professionals get lucrative job opportunities.
