- To formulate Master Plan for campus development, facilitating implementation of the provision of the perspective plan.
- To draw new schemes of development for the college.
- To plan for resource mobilization through industry interaction, consultancy and extra-mural funding.
- To promote research and extension activities in the college campus.
- To promote teaching innovations and student placement programmes.
- To plan for sustaining the quality of education, quality improvement and accreditation of the college.
- To recommend schemes to promote participation of academic departments in community development activities in the region.

Admissions Committee
Overview
The Admissions Committee is responsible for the graduate student admissions in the program. This committee will also develop contacts with other relevant graduate admissions committees with the goal of identifying potential candidates who would be more appropriate for the B. Tech program. The admissions committee endeavors to identify applicants from various junior colleges. Applicants to be identified by the committee and, when possible, invited to visit the campus. In addition, the admissions committee tracks the success of the admissions process each day during admissions by maintaining a database of pertinent information on the applicants. This committee reviews admission requirements for the program annually.

- To disseminate and comply with all the rules and regulations of admissions as prescribed by Govt. and statutory agencies.
- To create a brand value and awareness about the institute.
- To provide best counseling to students and parents who come to seek admissions

- To guide admitted students to complete the admission procedure like paying fees, getting roll nos., getting hostel admission ,getting I-card, fulfilling eligibility criteria, getting time tables etc.

Anti Sexual Harassment Committee
Overview
The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013is a legislative act in India which came into force from 09 December 2013. This is an Act to provide protection against sexual harassment of women at workplace and for the prevention and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment and for matters connected therewith or incidental there to. This will contribute to realization of their right to gender equality, life and liberty and equality in working conditions everywhere. The sense of security at the workplace will improve women’s participation in work, resulting in their economic empowerment and inclusive growth. Under the Act, which also covers students in schools and colleges as well as patients in hospitals, employers and local authorities will have to set up grievance committees to investigate all complaints.
VJIT is also within the purview of the law and hence the Principal has constituted the anti -sexual harassment cell for prevention of sexual harassment in the campus, and the cell is empowered to deal with cases concerning sexual harassment of women staff and students and hence will function as a sub-committee of the institute.
The basic functions of the Committee:
- To discuss and suggest methods to promote gender amity amongst all VJIT employees and students.
- To suggest awareness video lectures/ workshops for VJIT students and staff members on different aspects of women welfare.
- To address the gender discrimination and sexual harassment cases whenever reported and recommend appropriate necessary action.
- To arbitrate sexual harassment cases and recommend suitable punishments to the Dean Discipline for further action.

SC/ST/Minority/OBC
Overview
The SC/ST/OBC Cell in the institute promotes the special interests of students in the reserved category and to guide the students to optimally utilize the benefits of the schemes offered by the Government of India. The newly constituted SC/ST/OBC cell in VJIT adheres to the guidelines of the Government of India as communicated by MHRD and AICTE with respect to the upliftment of the students and employees belonging to the SC/ST/OBC categories and other weaker classes.
The basic functions of the Committee:
- The Cell adheres to provide special inputs in areas where the students experience difficulties.
- Practices/follows the Article 16(4) – Equality of opportunity in matters of public.
- As per Article 335, the claims of the members of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes shall be taken into consideration, consistently with the maintenance of efficiency of administration.
- The Cell shall conduct regular remedial coaching classes on life skills, personality development, writing assignments and making presentations.
- The Cell also shall organize interactive sessions and informal meetings with students to attend to their personal, social and academic problems.
- Conducting/Coordinating Training Programmes for Students and Staff : Teaching and Non-Teaching
- To bring the students belonging to SC/ST/OBC community in par with the main stream student body.
- Create a platform where students can point out their problems – regarding academic and non-academic matters.
- Function as a Grievance Redressal cell for the grievances of SC/ST/OBC students and employees.
- Plan activities to develop the self-confidence of SC/ST/OBC students.
- Create awareness, instill values and develop the personality and leadership quality among the students and staff members.

Grievance Form
Anti Ragging
The basic functions of the Committee:
- To create self confidence and congenial environment among the newly admitted students by conducting frequent interactive sessions to clear the doubts related to academic matters, social interaction and compatibility. The anti ragging committee provides a ragging free campus for newly admitted students to have a pleasant and fruitful academic stay in this college.
- Faculty is deputed at various locations inside the college campus to monitor the student activities. Faculty sees that no student groups are formed and if observed, the group is dispersed to avoid any nuisance. The punishment for ragging is displayed at various places to make the students aware of seriousness of the administration for preventing ragging.
- To conduct an enquiry and identify the culprits on receipt of complaint.
- Based on the first hand information and prime-facie evidence, the committee submits its report to the Principal for necessary disciplinary action. Severe punishment will be imposed on the accused, if proven

Women Grievance Redressal Cell
Overview
Women’s Grievances Redressal Cell is meant to safe guard and promote well being of all women employees of the organization. It takes care of all complaints and Requirements of women staff and students in the campus and action taken for redressal of complaints.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To investigate reported cases of women, if any, and submit its report to the disciplinary authority recommending action to be taken.
- The Cell will deal with the cases / complaints of sexual annoyance and any other type of harassment/requirement of the female students, teaching and non-teaching women staff of the college.
- The Cell shall process all the individual complaints and take suitable action thereon in the manner and mode as per the college norms.
- The Cell may form / review the guidelines / policy for redressal of the grievance as required from time to time.
- To conduct meeting whenever required and discuss relevant issues, in consultation with the Principal seeking his approval.

Overview
Canteen committee will supervise and ensure efficient management of canteen towards providing hygienic, healthy and tasteful foods for the students and staff.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Canteen Committee is responsible for monitoring the operations of the canteen, implementing and reviewing the canteen policy.
- Committee also needs to monitor on employing staff, attendance Register maintenance and wage register management, major purchases and food menu changes.
- Committee should ensure a healthy and safe work environment for the canteen staff.
To take care control of wastage of food item. - To look after the work area, storage area and common areas free of trash.

In response to the JNTUH Procs. No. UAAC/Affiliations/GRC/Nominations 2021.The Administration of the collegehas reconstituted the Grievance Redressal Committee.
Functions
A grievance Redressal committee is formed to look in to the complaints from the aggrieved.
- To identify systemic flows and flaws in the design and administration of various issues and to seek solutions

Overview
Grievances and Redressal Committee formed in order to keep the healthy working atmosphere and to uphold the dignity of the College by ensuring strife free atmosphere in the College to promote cordial relationship among students and between students and teachers. This Cell records the complaints given by the students /parents and solves their problems. Suggestion / complaint boxes have been installed at different places in the College campus. The person concerned can personally approach /write / e-mail to any member of the Cell.

Overview
We are the team behind the enthralling events that take place in our distinguished institute Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology. Yukthi conducts events through the year on various programs to imbibe these values in our students. Overview
Equal Opportunity Cell objective of this cell is to ensure any discrimination against any employee or job applicant because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, physical or mental disability, or age. The basic functions of the Committee:
• To ensure the equity and equal opportunity of the community at large in the college and bring about the social inclusion.
• To enhance the diversity among the students, teaching and non-teaching staff and eliminate the discrimination or harassment.
• To disseminate the information related to schemes and programmes for the welfare of the socially weaker section as well as notifications/memoranda, office orders of the Government, or other related agencies issued from time to time.
• To help the individual or a group of students belonging to the disadvantaged section of society for solving the problems related to discrimination.
• To prepare the barrier free formalities/procedures for admission/registration of students belonging to the disadvantaged group of society.
• To establish the coordination with Government and other agencies/organizations to mobilize academic and financial resources to provide the assistance of the disadvantaged student’s group.
• The committee shall meet atleast once in a semester to review the activities of the cell and solve the problems if any.
