DST, the Department within the Ministry of Science & Technology, INDIA, plays a pivotal role in promotion of science & technology in the country. The Department of ECE in Collaboration with the prestigious DST organized a Three Day DST sponsored National Level Seminar on “Sensor Networks, IOT & Internet of Everything” from 8th August to 10th August, 2019 at VJIT.
The Seminar was conducted to serve the cause of wider dissemination of scientific research output as it helps the faculty & students to keep abreast of the latest developments in their respective technical areas and also provide a platform to establish connectivity with other individuals and research groups to exchange information. The main objective of this seminar is to create awareness and provide a platform to share the recent developments in IOT. This seminar has facilitated students, staff and research scholars in learning new things which are useful for the development of real world applications and get the deep insights of IOT.
The seminar had Knowledgeable Resource Persons who helped in achieving the seminars objectives demonstrating their expertise in delivering the content with substance. The resource Speakers were Dr. Abhinav Kumar, IITH and Dr. Tapan Kumar Gandhi IITD.
