Department of Management Studies and Placement Cell of Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology organized a guest lecture on “How to Build Successful Career” with the speaker Debashish Gosh, Senior Vice President & Country HR Head, Berkadia Financial Services. In this program Dr. E.Saibaba Reddy, Principal started the session with the grace of knowledge towards the importance of career building and later on Dr. P.Chakradhar, HoD, Department of Management Studies has spoken about the time management and leadership.

Later on, Speaker Debashish Gosh, Senior Vice President, Berkadia Financial Services, shared his experience with different examples and quoted the importance of the life with skills. The session was with full of interaction with students and speaker with different opinions and career building strategies to the students. Students gained lot of insights from the session on how to build the career in the early stages and how to manage the time while studying to learn required skills for the employment.
