Yoga Day is a day to celebrate the mind, body, and spirit. At Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology, we team HOPE honour the profound practice of yoga. It was a beautiful experience for students, instructors, and staff to come together to embrace mind, body, and spirit harmony. We explored the wonderful advantages of this ancient discipline by practising various yoga asanas and breathing techniques under the supervision of qualified instructors. Yoga is about more than just physical fitness; it also helps us discover inner peace and balance in our chaotic environment. We can improve our flexibility, strength, and overall well-being by practising yoga on a regular basis.
