On 13th August 2024, the SPIE-VJIT Student Chapter conducted an engaging outreach program at ZPHS, Kanakamamidi, Moinabad. The program aimed to demonstrate and raise awareness about various optical and physical phenomena to school students.

Students from the SPIE chapter at Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology (VJIT) facilitated a series of interactive “learning by doing” activities, where the school students actively participated in hands-on experiments and demonstrations. These activities helped the students understand complex concepts in optics and physics in a fun and practical way.

As a part of the initiative, the VJIT-SPIE chapter also gifted optical learning kits and books to encourage the children to continue their exploration of science. The school authorities highly appreciated the efforts and expressed interest in having such activities in the future to inspire more students and promote scientific learning.
