Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology (VJIT) recently marked a significant milestone with its first-ever TEDxVJIT event, held on October 26, 2024, under the compelling theme, “Power of Persistence.” This groundbreaking event brought together a diverse lineup of distinguished speakers, each sharing personal journeys and insights that emphasized the importance of resilience and determination.
Distinguished Speakers and Inspiring Stories
The event featured notable speakers such as:
- Lakshminarayana VV, former CBI Joint Director, who highlighted the role of persistence in pursuing justice and overcoming obstacles.
- Dr. P. Palla Rajeshwara Reddy, Chairman of VJIT, expressed pride in the institution’s mission to inspire students to chase ambitious goals with relentless passion.
- Debabrata Sarkar, Vice President of APAC at AlgaEnergy, spoke on the fusion of sustainability and persistence in advancing agricultural innovations.
- Hasvi Muriki, mountaineer, inspired attendees with her experiences of overcoming peak challenges.
- Kraveenthar Kamal, Founder & Director of Maker Global, shared insights on the entrepreneurial journey, emphasizing resilience in the face of setbacks.
