Day – 1 (22/12/2022)

The inaugural function was blessed with our Director, Dr.E.Saibaba Reddy Sir with a fillip to go-head with the presence of our Principal madam, Dr. A.Padmaja, Academic Coordinator Mrs. G.Sreelatha & Dr.P.Chakradhar, Head of the Department, Department of Management Studies. The Unanimous contemplation of all the faculty members to make the fest successful with the Formal & Informal Events of all our students. The faculty team who were guided to chart-out the activities to be conducted in a planned manner.

The guest of honour Dr.E.Saibaba Reddy, Director & Dr.A.Padmaja, Principal, presided over the National level Management Fest Advaya 2k22 with the presence of HoD, Department of Management Studies & HoD’s of other engineering departments & faculty members of Department of Management Studies of VJIT by lighting the holy lamp amidst the unique prayer song sung by the students.

The welcome note addressed by the Dr. P.Chakradhar, HoD, in his talk who emphasized the significance of the management fest and their professional acumen evoked the insight of the students of other colleges and our students as well. Later on Mr.K.Arjun Goud, Co-Convenor of the Management Fest briefed about the event by day wise and conveyed good luck to all the participants of various colleges.

Then our Director sir, Dr. E.Saibaba Reddy applauded & Congratulated the Department of management Studies for organizing a national level management fest ‘Advaya 2k22’. During his deliverance, he categorically uttered that the Management subjects were the subjects one should practice it rather securing of marks alone.

Followed by the Principal madam, Dr.A.Padmaja appreciated the Department of Management studies for making the theme of the event as Go-Green and the activities created for the event.

Later on Dr.E.Saibaba Reddy, Director & Dr.P.Chardhar, HoD declared the open the Management Fest ‘Advaya 2k22’ on the dais with the cheers of the students. The inaugural function ended with the vote of thanks by the student coordinators of Management Fest.

The valedictory function commenced at 03:30pm, after all the events came to an end with its winners decided. The chief guest was Dr.S.Vijaya Lakshmi, Registrar, ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, Hyderabad & Guest of Honor Dr.Siddarth Ghosh, Dean, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

The valedictory program was anchored by Ms. Catherine, MBA II-yr. The student Coordinators of the event Mrs. Sainath & Ms.Sai bhavani, MBA II-yr summarized the event briefly with the total number of participation of all the events (Formal & Informal) with the following manner
