Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC) – Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) 5.0 & Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology organized a Session on “My Story – Motivational Session by Successful Innovators” on 22.12.2022 @ 10:00 AM. The event had a whooping number of 65 participants of whom 60 were students and 05 Faculty members.

The Speaker of the session was Dr. R. Hafeez Basha, PhD (Japan), Chief Executive Officer, Osmania Technology Business Incubator (OTBI), Osmania University, Hyderabad. The session mainly focused on start-ups and entrepreneurship. Many students actively participated with interest in the session. The session started with the speaker’s emphasis on start-up culture among youth, he also explained that the Telangana Govt. Contributes through T-Hub, where enthusiastic individuals from different parts of Telangana meet and exchange their ideas for the betterment of technology aided and innovative start-ups.

Furthermore, he spoke about the importance of college incubators, providing a platform for students to showcase their entrepreneurial skills. He gave his insights about the tech world and also the research aspect of his journey on how he achieved his MEXT scholarship. He was not only a scholar but also a wanderer. He shared his experiences from his travels around the world. In addition, he stressed the importance of incubators in colleges and how management and students should collaborate to reach greater heights.
